Micromax — Service problem in service center

Approx 10 days ago I have submit my MMX A117 canvas magnas to faridabad hans service center which is in sector-16 but i am still waiting for their confirmation and they never pick my call on cell or land line i am very frustrated with there service also the people working there are very rude and they don't have manners. all local boys sit there as a gang..
