I have purchased a Micromax A290 mobile handset on 28th August and its started to create a charging issue in the month of October 2014. Handset was sent to your Gurgaon factory for repair by your service center with the job Sheet # N[protected] & N[protected]. After two months it has been sent back without getting repaired. Now I have resubmitted the same handset to in below mentioned service center with job sheet # N[protected]. They have updated me that it will sent to the company again and this process will take 10 to 15 days. Kindly give me the status of my mobile. If the problem is not resolved then issue me a DOA. Product Details - IMEI NO. [protected] / [protected] Problem Code:4101 power does not switch on.
