I am using your product (Micromax A111) from last 6 month, in last month I had problem in phone and it was hang and not working, I given the phone to your service center in Vashi. Now I get reply from your company after 25 days, my phone will take more 25 day to be repair. How would you compensate my 50 days without phone ? till today it allready 45 days are over . What the hell is this? I thing you are not taking care of your customers as well as services?
