[Resolved] Micromax — Sim card not detected | |||
I have recently purchased Micromax A067 Bolt. After 3 days o[censored]se a notification came that SIM card is not detected. I have tried to reboot several times and even tried to reset but instead of resetting the phone would normally boot up without resetting anything, i have done nothing extraordinary to the phone, just making calls, browsing web and playing games.The SIM card gets detected on all other mobiles that i have. I want this issue to be solved as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

Micromax House, 90B, Sector-18, Gurgaon, Haryana, India - 122015
reads "Extended Network|No SIM Card." at the top of the screen. Also,
when I go into location and security and press "set up SIM card lock" a
message pops up that says "No SIM card found. Please insert a SIM card
into the phone".
I gave it to your authorized service center (DR Telecom, Radhyeshyam Complex Dattapada Borivali West Mumbai). After
some days they told me that now it is Ok and gave it back to me, yet
still the problem was persisting. Again I gave it back to the service
center on 05/05/2015, Complaint No.W[protected]. They
committed me that they will return my set after 8 days, but till today
they have not solved my problem. I am highly annoyed by such type of
carelessness and poor customer service and have caused me immense
trouble.
I would appreciate it if you kindly look into the matter and give
appropriate directions, so the my mobile phone is repaired.
