My p650 Tab was working absolutely well. until one day it all of a sudden just refused to start up. I took it to service center where they said probably the motherboard is fried and they will need 7- 10 days to repair it. I submitted my tab at Lajpat Nagar Micromax service center on 13th March. However today is 11th of June now. and I stil havent got it back. Hope you people do understand how frustating it is for a customer. Numerous times I was given a date by the service center guys .. as to you can come on this particular day and receive your tab, only for the date to be pushed back further. More than a month ago I was told that my tab was supposed to be replaced by a new one, but what beats me is even after 3 long months I still havent got my replacement !! It's really really very dissapointing experience that I have had with what is supposed to be one of India's leading brands. Just for information I am a radio jockey and I work with 94.3 radio One Delhi and I have refrained from making this matter public on my facebook page. But i must say that my patience has almost run out !! Please look into the matter before I am forced to take this up with higher authorities.
