Micromax — Tab given for repair to customs care in Agra but they are returning old pics which I have not submitted

I bought a tab P470 (SERMOB0605) on 21 March 2015 in agra. It's was charging slow and heating up. By mistake the screen got cracked. I submitted the tab to the service center in Agra. Now they are returning us back an other tab with scratches and different IMEI number. Please help.
