This is to inform you that I Mridula Das one of Micromax mobile phone holder sadly complaining
about your product service.
I bought a micromax canvas engage A091 mobile a few months ago, but unfortunately a month
after the touch screen sensation of the mobile was damaged. So I gave it to nearby micromax authorized service centre nearly two months ago. But till now are not able to repair the product though it is under warranty period. Whenever I call them they say don't call us again, when repair is done we will call you, but still after 2 months there is no reply from them.
So if you kindly take careof the situation I shall be grateful to you.
