Micromax — the service is very bad

I had purchased Micromax canvas nitro a 311 on Feb 2015 from the starting facfacifacing many problem 1. Mobile become hit when is use it or when charge it. 2.in night Camera picture quality is very bad. I have 2 times in service center for these reson both time they update mobile software but problem is still same..3 time when I had gone there they told me that "you have to submitt your mobile for one month" And I have any other mobile phone to use Please do something or change my mobile phone as soon as possible.
