[Resolved] Micromax — time requried maximum to repair or replace if no tposiible to repair

i want to kno whow much tim edo u think is genuine to repair a phone or by what time a phone shud be replaced if repairing is not possible.one cant expect some body to wait for a month to get phone repaired right?? i have already lost a month time of wrranty period bcoz of the problem of the incapability to provide serive by your company...its really getting frustrated now...

they took as much as time they could have taken, at the end they handed me over a phone of almost same range, lesser price than my original phone, the phone which i was handed over had somethin gwrong with its touch screen, it was replaced within some 3 days, and in next one month the screen touch again got wrong and till thenmy warraty period got over and game over, i was again without a phone after a strugle of over two month,
