I have submitted my micromax-560 tab at your jmv enterprises jamshedpur for replacements on 20/05/2014 the service centre asked us to contact after on week . But i am sorry to state that repoeeated requests were not pais any attention by the service centre . Whenever inquired about the same they say that it will take one more wee. This lenient approch by the service centre not only create the doubt in the mind of customer moreover may eclipse the name of company. So my request please look inti the matter and redress the problem at an earliest. My service slipno.2233 dt 20/05/2014
