[Resolved]  Micromax — Touchpad complaint only after 2 months use

Sir, I have purchased a new Micromax Mobile Handset Model No. 091 from an authorized Micromax mobile store, Payyanur, Kannur, Kerala. After 2 months of purchase, the display touch screen starts giving trouble. I got to the store and gave it for service. They took it on 15th sep 2014 and told to me that it will take 3 weeks to repair and I admitted that. But till today (28/10/14) I had not get my device back. I have visited the store and called them many times. They took 1 and half month. Now they didn't answer to my call. I have no other handset to use and I do my job by phone. So I am in trouble with my job. So I want my mobile back in a working condition or else give my money back. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. My contact no.
