Micromax Tv — taking charges within warranty period

I have purchased micromax 39"" tv 5 months ago and now the hd panel has automatically damaged .we have raised a complaint to micromax customer service last Monday 6 Apr 2015 complaint id is MH[protected]. After that d company engineer came and said that we need to pay 16000 rupees for replacement however it is automatically damaged. The tv has 1 YR warranty. The customer service is also not good. Whenever we are calling to their service head (Sunil palande). He just ignore us and cuts the call. And also cuts the call between the conversation.
