Micromax — Unable to detect SIM

Hi Team, I have purchased Micromax A350 canvas knight nearly 5-6 months back.Now i am facing problem it both SIM cards are inactive.I suspect is this is a case of False IMEI no. which was the case in China mobiles few months back. However i have submitted my mobile in official Micromax service center at pune long back. Address: M/S Tech Solutions Shop No.101, First Floor, Pashalkar Bhavan, Pune M aharashtra 411005. 20 days has been passed but there has been no upates from service center.I am frustrated with the way service center is casually handling the customer's request.
