Micromax — unable to know my cell status

good afternoon sir!!! my name is deepika. i have purchased micromax knight cell on 19th oct, 2014. not even 1 year completed but i am facing touch problem with that. i have gave my cell for repair in moosarambagh care center. but those care center workers took 10 days to find problem in it. when i sent my brother to get my cell they gave irritating answer to my brother. my brother said to detect problem as soon as possible. later they called me and said that mother board problem is there in my cell so they need to send my cell to head office of micromax and said cell will be returned after working 25 days.i said ok. when i called after 25 days about my cell. they were very rude towards me saying that it may take more time. since many days i was contuniously calling them to know my cell status but they are not saying any specific dates. i am suffering also without my cell. so please kindly help me out in my problem. thank you.
