Very pathetic service from micromax. I gave my micromax mobile on 29 may 2015. today is july 6, 2015. nearly 39 days. service center assured me 25 days. no communication from service center nor customer care. I tried to call micromax helpline, but your lines are busy. when you people can not provide service for customer, why you guys are running the business. you will pay for these 39 days for which i am not able to use the mobile. i need compensation. please call me asap. i am very much frustrated with micromax brand. i paid you 6000 rupees, still you keep the handset for nearly 40 days. i will be filing a case in consumer court. i need appolize in writted document from your company for your pathetic and worst service.
