[Resolved] Micromax — Very Poor Service of Micromax Care | |||
Hi Team, This is to inform you that my Micromax mobile model A110 was submitted in service centre on 12'th Aug'14. I've visited more than 10 times in the service centre but one of engineer named "Chanchal" asked me that black touch is not available in the stock so come after two or three days but no luck!! Every time when i visited they denied handover set to me and phone number"[protected]" is always not reachable. My job sheet number is not visible now but i can share the customer name and contact number that is mentioned in the job sheet.
