I am Deepa Davis native of kerala presently studying in VNIT Nagpur. I bought a micromax canvas HD A116 phone on[protected]. Its battery started swelling in januvary 2014. I replaced the battery since from service center in nagpur they told it is due to over charging. They charged 1200 for that. Within two months battery swelled again and service center nagpur replaced its motherboard and i got my phone back in may 2014. In june 2014 it was again showing some complaints it was not getting charged and i gave it for servicing in kerala kottayam district. They again replaced the motherboard and i got it back in august. And now its not getting on and charged. What should i do now? within 1 year it is the 4th time i am giving my phone for servicing. and from januvary 2014 i was not able to use the phone. Updated by deepaaikara I have not yet received any reply from micromax. it is almost 15 days before i have given the complaint. Kindly give a solution for my problem
