I have purchased my Micromax a350 mobile on dated 9 Oct. 15 and it stop charging On 2feb 15 and I deposit it in service center JIND haryana on 3-2-15 and till than 135 days have passed no one given my handset back I have called service center and complaint no 1860... Many time since last four months but no one listen me now after four months they are giving me a used repair handset of Micromax a350 handset with configration of 2ghz processor 2Gb ram and 12 GB internal memory and I asked them my handset configration is 1.7Ghz 2GbRam and 32 GB internal memory service center said "Hamare pass or set nahi hai Lena ho to le lo or nahi milega".
Sir I had invested my hard earnings of 18000 rs on my Mmx a350 set and how can I accept such lower configration handset .please resolve my problem I have spent 600rs just calling to 1860...no and service center JIND but no one in Micromax mobile cares for customer and this is the worst about future of Micromax mobile by rules my problems must be solved in 30 days but after periodical calls and visits my problem not solved in 4 months 15 days think about your service centers customer service what harassment they are giving to customer .pls take interest in my problem and resolve it..
