I purchased one Mobile Micromax Company model Bolt-A66 on 01.06.14 from A.C.Teleshoppe. But after around 2 months it started giving problem, I deposited the handset for repair, they repaired it and returned to me . But again after 3 weeks it started giving problem. This time the service and micromax took their own sweet time, I followed up desperately with them only to receive one downgraded faulty handset as replacement of my handset. which I again returned to the service center next day, since then one month has gone but they stopped responding to my mails, no response over the phone in service center
Micro Max and their service centre has kept my phone for almost 4 months with them but still not bothered to give me replacement handset or money back. Moreover their customer care is giving strange reply that Micro Max liability to replace the faulty handset is limited to only 5 days from purchase date. They are not telling me what is to be done if the phone goes defective during warranty period.
I am sure they are waiting for the warranty period to get over which ends on 31.05.14. After which there is no scope of getting handset from them.Request you to kindly help me. I am middle class person and this money matters a lot to me.
I will highly great full to CNBC Pehredar team to get my this issue resolved.
I am attaching the 2 job sheet . one dated 13.02.15 which they closed by giving defective handset to me, 2 nd sheet dated 06.04.15 vide which i again deposited the faulty handset which is still pending with them.
