Micromax — We have submitted micromax mobile A091 to their ranchi service centre on 15/09/2014 to rectify in touch pad.

Hi, Here, I am subodh from Ranchi & using Micromax mobile but unfortunately with in one month getting some issue in their touch Pad. Finally I submitted my mobile to their local service centre at Roshpa tower Ranchi main road service centre. After so many visit to their centre always I getting timeline. But no body give proper justification why it takes so many time to resolve same issues. Pls. Intervene to rectify same. Thanks, Subodh.
