Two complaint has been raised by me and till now no solutions has been given for the same. 1) Job Sheet No. S[protected] Job Sheet Date: 16/06/2015 Complaint Number: MMX[protected] Mobile Model: A350 White & Gold Problem: Not able to charge my phone Resolution: I got the confirmation that will replace your phone with A300 white color and got BLACK color A350 as replacement. Still not happy as i am looking for white one. 2) Compaint Number: MMX[protected] Now no body is responding to my mail sent to [protected]@micromax.com, for that new compaint has been raised by customer care but still no response.
