Micromax Win W121 — Employees behaviour & not solve the problem

From few days my cellphone MICROMAX WIN w121 is not charging well. So, i went to micromax care at kartaalpur bypass azamgarh on[protected]. but they didn't solve the problem, They were misbehaving with us, they opened my cellphone & asking for Rs. 1000, my cellphone is in warrenty period. They didn't give us any receiving. When we were asking for receiving all employees were arguing with us. And said 'we will not give u any receiving, just go away from here and Do want you want.
