Micromax — Worst customer service and failed to return the mobile even after repair | |||
Hi, My name is Srinivasa Rao Chillara, Recently I had a problem regarding the touch pad of my A065 MICROMAX MOBILE BOLT . So I handed it over to the service center here in vijayawada for repair on 30/7/2015. The JOB SHEET NO is: S[protected] They informed that it has to be repaired by the Head Office, so it will take a month or so for the mobile to be returned. Now the problem here is, I have received a message from the head office stating that MY MOBILE HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND WAS SENT BACK TO THE SERVICE CENTER IN VIJAYAWADA ON 29/8/2015. SO WHEN I APPROACHED THE SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE HERE IN VIJAYAWADA, I'VE BEEN TOLD THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT AT ALL RECTIFIED AND APART FROM THAT THE HANDSET GOT HUNG. THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL RECTIFY IT BY 1/10/2015. BUT YET IT WAS NOT RECTIFIED AND I HAVE BEEN TO THE SERVICE CENTER MORE THAN 5TIMES, BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE.
