Micromax — Worst experience micromax service | |||||
Really bad service new phone is in service centre I just bought it on 1st sep and phone became dead after a week now your team is saying you have to wait for 2 months. My mistake is just i bought it and gifted it to my father this is the first time i purchased micromax and got worst experience for the first time. If they haven't checked the phone before delivering it why would I suffer and now they are saying we don't have hardware of this phone as its a new phone its not my problem am ready to pay some more just replace it and now am expecting a quick response on it.
