Micromax — Worst experience of Micromax mobile company - waiting for phone since last 4 months | |||
Dear Sir, On 13-SEP-2014, I had handover my Micromax Canvas-2 (A110 model) for repairing to Micromax authorized service centre. At the time of submission of phone their executive from Infinity solution committed me that phone will get delivered to me within maximum 45 days. With repetitive follow-ups after 65 days I have received a new phone as replacement, but I got shocked when I came to know that this NEW phone also having same charging issue. So again I have submitted this phone to service centre for repairing. After 1.5 months again I have received a new phone as replacement and again Micromax delivered faulty phone (this time touch screen is not working at all). Now again I have submitted the phone to customer service centre this time they told me that we will solve your issue from Pune office only instead of sending it to Delhi. But they need a approval for the same and still waiting for it. And I am taking follow-up for the same since last 20 days. I have suffered lot for last 4 months, only because of careless attitude of Micromax. This is the pure case of deficiency in the service resulting in physical discomfort, mental agony and inconvenience. Micromax should resolve my issue ASAP or I will go to the consumer court. Phone submitted at authorized Servicing centre: Infinity solutions 406 Shop No 2 1st Floor Sane Apartment, Laxami Road, Narayan Peth, Opposite Bhanu Vilas Theater Above Kalashetram Saree Center, Pune - 411030. History for reference: On 13-SEP-2014, I had handover my Micromax Canvas-2 (A110 model) to service centre. (Job sheet number:WO [protected] On 19-Nov-2014, After 65 days I have received a new phone (same model) as replacement with same issue. On 20-Nov-2014, Again I have submitted the phone. (Job sheet number:Wo[protected]) On 29-Dec-2014, Again I have received a faulty NEW phone (same model) as replacement. PROBLEM : 4105 POWER PHONE LOCKS UP NOT RESPONDING.
I had handover my Micromax A108 for repairing to Micromax authorized service center without battery AT Door No 6-3-864/4/B1, Sbn Arcade, 1st Floor, LAL Bunglow Road, Ameerpet, Opposite Green Park Hotels, Hyderabad - 500016. after taking complaint they asked me to come after three days.so i went to take my phone on that particular day and they handed over the phone to me.the phone function properly only for two days than again same problem got repeated .Again On[protected] i reached to same service center and stated that still i am facing same problem in phone so handover my Micromax A108 to one of female executive and she given me print acknowledgement of same receipt doing some changes with pen.Than she ask me to come after 30 days.
After 30 days when i went to service center they stated that i have already taken my phone i got totally shocked how it come i have not never taken my phone .How careless the people of that service center i think they has lost my phone.Again they ask me too come after three days.
so i kindly request you to please solve my issue ASAP .Return my money or give me new phone.
