Micromax — worst service experience by customer care... they are doing fraud.. by placing illegal parts

i have micromax turbo A250. which had problem regarding screen ...(firstly i would like to tell my phone is under warrenty)...which was resolved by service centre in month on december 2013 by replacing screen..after that again there is issue regarding screen...i visited customer care and told them about my problem...they refused to take it..and demanded 7500 for screen replacement...i told them that why are u charging me this amount... u just send my mobile t company.. they will look through it...they replied saying that ur phone is not in warrenty..i was shocked to hear this... they said there is no logo of micromax(which is usually placed after first repair)... i told them it was only repaired once that too in ur service centre..and i was unaware of this poinjt...firstly they diidnt accept what i told then they said maybe our service provider forgot to place logo..but said that u have to pay 7500 i[censored] want it repair...
i want to sue a case on company..kindly help.
