Dear sir
I purchased my micromax canvas 4 before 6 months but not happy from its service. I went 10 times its service center for getting many problems as its screen whiteness problem, hanging, battery discharging within 3hours, updated its software, network problem, switch off and on botton not working and now key pad not working. I submitted my handset before 50days but till now i am unable to find out even a single solution. Really i am very frustrated from this company. As i am sales person, i need it very urgently. So i request you to submit a complain against the company so that i can get my money back or change this defective mobile soon.
I would be very thankful to you, if you solve the problem.
