First of all i got a problem on my earphone Yu Yurekaso i contacted Yu customer care . They gave me a solution to solve it manually with reference 1268198 but it didnt work.Further on i have called them many times provided them with pics of my phone's condition on the mail .I did what they asked me .Now its has been more than 3 weeks of wasting my time and money by contacting them as i call they would say that their senior will call within 24 to 48 hours .They have said this to me 6-7 times .
