Microsoft — For normal issue takes 12 to 15 days

Dear Team,

Today I have submitted my mobile, they said there is a minor issue just one drop we have to put to resolve it. So I asked, when i will get my hand set. They says 12 to 15 days.

please advise, how we contact or work without Handset for 12 to 15 days.

Please keep TAT as per the individual issues.

please try to resolve my Handset ASAP.
