Microsoft India — Nokia Lumia 720 | |||
Hi, It has been more than 5 months that I gave my Lumia 720(alongwith the charger) for resolving some charging issues with the device at Microsoft service centre(Ganpati Mobile Bank, Boring Road, Patna - 800001) in Patna, Bihar, India. But, till date there is no response from the service centre regarding my phone. I am not a resident of Patna but I have visited the centre many times and to my surprise, I found the centre to be closed. They have also charged me 1500 INR for the repair. How will I get my phone back? Please help. I have also attached receipt. Was this information helpful? | |||
