I am PAVAN SUVARNA from Mumbai my job sheet no is[protected]/151214/002) I have submitted my phone on date 14/12/2015 for the display issue which I am facing forth time in my purchase of new lumia1320(IMEI:[protected]) requesting you to replace the phone because of so many time I am receiving same issue again and again. I am attaching my jobsheet with this, for a proof to you that how many time I have received the problem and how many time I have submitted my phone for 15 days as well as 1 month. My phone is under warrenty and I have just completed 4 month and I am facing so much problem. This time I will not accept that phone at all I want replacement only with extended warrenty from your company or I will file a case in consumer forum against your company.
