Date of Incident[protected] Client - Jain Communication ( Authorized Service Center - Microsoft) [protected] Full Description - On[protected] my Device (Microsoft Lumia 520) was all of sudden got switched off and stopped working.As my device was under warranty and was found that the PCB had stopped working.Though later warranty cover was not provided due to a insignificant scratch on body of device. From that time there were lot of communications from my side and Microsoft customer care representatives regarding resolution of problem. But almost after a year they have stopped responding to emails and are not providing back my device.I had dropped a latest mail to them on 04th Jan 2016 and i am yet to hear from them Was this information helpful? | |||||
