I purchase on e of the first surface computers that came out and I am having nothing but trouble with the pen. I changed batteries and it does not help. I went to the MS store and their answer was purchase a new one. Why should I have to pay more when they can not ensure that it will work better. I think MS should replace a faulty pen with a new one as this has been a problem from day one. As you will see by the photo that I have changed batteries so many times the button do not line up with the clip Was this information helpful? | |||
