[Resolved]  Microsoft Mobile — Not providing replacement.

I bought an mobile and getting same issue again and again, Microsoft just servicing it even though the same issue appearing for the 4th time. second day of purchase only got issue and I asked for replacement but they just replaced the screen twice and now I submitted 4th time they not responding me just took my phone

From the date 19th Mr Jeevidhan saying everyday he will arrange the Replacement device but till not got replacement and not responding properly from the Microsoft mobiles. submitted date was 29 Dec 2015 now its 04 Feb 2016 they said within 15 working days they will return the device with complete solution. none of the person is taking responsibility for my complaint. My work affecting because of this device issue. So someone higher authorized person contact me and solve the issue.

Never ever buy any product which is linked with MICROSOFT.
