I have purchased ms office professional plus 2016 via hup. I got product key post purchase but when i'm entering product key it's not activating. When i contacted microsoft support team they are not accepting the issue and not even ready log support ticket. They are asking for partner id/support id. I purchased this product online and in order details there is no such id available. Support team is saying go to local registered vendor and get the support id.
