Microsoft — Overheating | |||
I purchased my mobile microsoft lumia 540 on 27 october 2015, i was facing heating problem so submitted mobile on 5 november 2015 sincethen i did not get the phone it is already 35 days up..today my mobile came now also i am facing same problem they agreed it was their fault telling me to wait for nother 10 days and telling that they will not give new phone ...i lost trust in them since i have already given 35 days time they are not able to provide service properly...they wasted my time, my money, i visted care for 10 days all my travell alloweences are wasted ... i want refund of my money Was this information helpful? | |||
