Microsoft — Unable to open ms office 2013

When i click on Microsoft office word 2103 a dialogue box appears "windows cannot access the specified device, path or file . You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item ". I tried again by turning off the windows firewall and antivirus of mcafe but then too i m getring the same result. What should i do so that my problem will be solved?
