Microsoft — Warranty service is not provided | |||
I was purchase a Microsoft WH-308 earphone in the date of 10th October 2015, when i purchase it microsoft Priority told me that it contain a warranty of 12 months. It was mention on the box of this earphone. But when my earphone was not working properly i was reach a care in the date of 11th April 2016, they told me that the warranty period was expire before 1 day. When i told them and saw them that it's contain a warranty of 12 months they will not believe me and told me that it was wrong. They was not accept my earphone for repair and told me that microsoft give only 6 months warranty and they behave as a very rude.
