I was purchase a Microsoft WH-308 earphone in the date of 10th October 2015, when i purchase it microsoft Priority told me that it contain a warranty of 12 months. It was mention on the box of this earphone. But when my earphone was not working properly i was reach a care in the date of 11th April 2016, they told me that the warranty period was expire before 1 day. When i told them and saw them that it's contain a warranty of 12 months they will not believe me and told me that it was wrong.
