My Xbox kinect stopped working after 3 months of purchase. It has 1 year warranty and there is no service centre at my location so there I have ordered repair service on online site. It's been 3 months still I haven't received any information from them.I tried calling their customer care but they are responding very carelessly saying we aren't responsible for anything
