I had a UPS of MICROPTEK on 24th April 2010. Till now it was working fine but suddenly since few days we are getting low battery charge problem.

I got Microtech UPS E2 650 VA. I found a problem in Backup (only 3 to 5 min backup). when every power goes off my system get restarted. After restarted backup will comes upto 3 to 5 min.
Regarding this issue i have raised a compliant 1 month before. still i am not getting any solution. every week i used to call customer support in bangalore. Every time they promised me to send the technical person to my home....
