    i purchased a microtek UPS-E2 875VA SW E2 from a dealer m/s Sakthi tech, velachery chennai , and the same was installed on 9/1/12. the product is under warranty and till this date no service personal came to check that. mean while the inverter failed during the power cut (between 2 to 4 pm) on 19/5/12. I contacted the dealer and they advised to lodge a complaint with customer care of Microtek by giving their phone no. accordingly i lodged the complaint which was regitere as UPS-E22012:001446 @13.49 hrs on 21/5/12. a confirmation massage was received in my mobile this effect.The call centre person stated that the problem will be resolved within 3 working days. But till this moment no one from microtek has attended the problem. i made several calls to the the customer care as well as customer care manager but in vain. they promised to technician on Thursday 24 th then on 25 th then on 26 th. but no results so far. Today i made several attempts to call the customer care manager but there was no response. i sent three SMS massage to their no [protected], but no response so far. We have power cut for two hrs daily and we are put to great suffering especially in this summer. iam post by pass surgery patient and suffer with suffocation during power cut.But microtek does not care

    Microtek Inverter E2 — Microtek Inverter not working

    I have purchased on Microtek inverter E2 after 6 months it not working and It purchased from Ambala(Hayrana) Now I am in Mohali/Chandigarh. There is no support regarding this.

      last 2 month onwords its not working i called up the guy from whom i bought he told me to get the same to his shop . its been their in his shop for nearly one month and he told me their was some minor problem its been serviced but when i taken the the same to my home its been as it was. i payed him Rs150 .

      This is Ram Pal Upadhyay I have purchased a microtek inverter model no UPS SEBz600 S.No. L11GGVNB39121 on 12/10/2011. Since last one month i have been facing problem of inverter not charging the battery despite the battery is new. It starts low battery and all other lights blinking as soon as power cut happens. I have lodged a complaint several time and every time an engineer visits he checks the inverter and replaces different part everytime. But they are unable to resolve the problem after several complaints. One of the complaints no is 29232 but the matter is still unresolved due to which my family is facing a lot of inconvenience. I request you to ask someone responsible from Microtek who could be counted upon and get my inverter replaced as soon as possible.

      Microtek Inverter — No one is listening

      Hi,

      My brother had very bad experience with your services as well as behavior by your employees at Kanpur service center. I don't know whether people sitting in head office are aware about it or not so please consider this email as complain against your Kanpur service center as well as employee working there (especially Mr. Aswini Dewvedi who doesn't know how to talk with customer).

      My younger brother (Isthiyaq Ahmed) purchase a new Microtek invertors on 14-May-2010 but it was not working when he tried to use it at home so he placed a complain about it. After two days one person come from the company and did something and it worked for 2-3 days and stopped working again. He again made a complain and came to know that he has to give this invertor in the service center. He dropped the invertor at your Kanpur service center situated at 186, Anandpuri, Kanpur on 06-June-2010 (tentative) and got one promise that he will get it back in 3-4 days but it didn't happen. He was keep on following with service center but nobody was looking responsible and after a lot of efforts he got invertor back on 8-July-2010 (After one month). But it was still not working at home and had been handed over again to the service center on 23-July-2010. No one in the service center is ready to reply about when we will get it corrected and employees setting there are using very harsh language.

      Mr.Aswini at your Kanpur service center (186, Anandpuri Kanpur) told to my brother that work only be done as they wish if he wants, he can take his invertor back and can go ahead and make complain against them. I don't think this kind of language is official.


      Microtek is a world class company but some people don’t think or doesn't know how to talk and what to talk. That makes company’s way a little difficult and spoils the image also. I just wanted to know is there any person from head office can help me somehow. My new invertor hardly work 4-5 days at home and most of the time it is at service center only. I want it to be replaced.

      Please teach some ethics and give behavioral trainings to your employee sitting at Kanpur service center.

      I am waiting for a positive response and hoping someone in the head office will definitely help me.

        I had a UPS of MICROPTEK on 24th April 2010. Till now it was working fine but suddenly since few days we are getting low battery charge problem.

        When the power is going off after ½ an hour the low battery charge beep signal is coming contineously even after full battery charge.

          Hi,
          I have a microtek UPS installed in 2010. It was working fine till 2012 feb . I replaced the distilled water for the battery and then the problem started.it started to beep even though mains was on. I lodged a complaint in the Microtek dealer . they sent me an microtek employee for the repair. He said the board has gone and he replaced the board. once again in the evening the UPs started to beep . I had to switch it off. Then my night mare started . so many times i had to call the service guy. first he never used to pick my calls. if he picked it ,he would say i ill come .. today tomorrow like that. finally one day after one month he came .. he said there is some loose connection did it and went back.. In the same day after he went back evening once again the same probem.. now iti s like even though mains is ON .. it runs on UPS... It is becomming veri difficult for us..
          Now the service doesnt even pick up my calls. why is that the customer care is so bad..
          first of all there is no proper follow up.. Is it like we are not that important after we take up the device.. ?
          Only new customers are important to u people..? thisis a veri bad attitude.. and also i dont think that the service even dont know how to trouble shoot the problem.. only they know is change the board for every reason...!!!
          This is really disguting... I am really fed up of the service offered.. Can u plesae look into the matter immediately...

              I have purchased a microtek inverter in the month of April-2011,after purchasing the inverter the problem of low output starts within a month time, the same was reported to your customer service center and the problem was attended .But it again we have the same problem was noticed again and your service engineer visited and problem was temporarily solved. I do not have the record for no of visit done by your service engineer but the inverter will not run continuously for one month without any problem.

              Recently two days back the same problem was noticed and complaint was register by complaint no 28910 & 3854 the problem was attended ,but with in a hour problem again arise
              it seem’s the inverter have some manufacturing defect which is not repairable but the company is not responding.

                  Sir after a few days of purchase, the service of the product began to be erratic. The main problem of the inverter are:
                  1) While the "Mains on" light indicator is on always, the light indicator of the "Charging" remains off more often (That is the battery is not shown to be charged)
                  2) I have to keep the power switch of the inverter "Off" always because whenever i power on the Inverter Switch during normal time, the inverter supply its power instead of the normal power.
                  3) Today after 10 minutes of time during a power cut when only one fan was running, immediately the INVERTER indicated "LOW BATTERY"

                      this is the complaint regarding MICRO TECH technology services.according to
                      product scheme or offer they provide.they make delay to reaching at consumer.
                      like from me i have purchased an inverter from the dealer situated in noida sec-15 is named as ENERGY SYSTEM.with offer on scratch coupon an
                      oxen berg shirt +6month extended warranty was printed on coupon i scratched.the company told me that the offer product will reach u within a week. but not done till that approx one month i got product[protected].was so delay and 6-month warranty is sill in the waiting stage.
                      so this my request to take the legal action against the company to provide list offers instant to the dealer having current information about scheme providing real time with the deadline set along the legal action..

                        I am a consumer at microtek inverter from 15/01/2011. I purchesed from a shop at Bandel in Hooghly District at West Bengal. But from the begining the inverter are in bad condition that I could not understand.
                        . After some day I called the shopkeeper but they are not coming to my residence. Then I decide to given a mail to head office to Microtek. After few days later a phone call from kolkata microtek and says we could not given you service due to not in our service area. I intend to know that why they are selling their products non-service area? I request kindly solve my problem.

                            Hi all,

                            I got Microtech UPS E2 650 VA. I found a problem in Backup (only 3 to 5 min backup). when every power goes off my system get restarted. After restarted backup will comes upto 3 to 5 min.
                            Regarding this issue i have raised a compliant 1 month before. still i am not getting any solution. every week i used to call customer support in bangalore. Every time they promised me to send the technical person to my home. still no one person is come to my home. This people won't inform the customer anything about when they are going to solve the problem. Every time i only called the Customer care. then only they give the promise to attend this issue.
                            Microtech ups had worst Customer care support.

                              This is to inform you I have purchased Microtek invertor 29/06/2010 of 850 EB from the Dealer Sun Battery,Kankar Bagh Patna,After 6 month from this date i always disturb from this invertor we always face tech. prob in this invertor, When i complain to service centre he is not getting good response,servive is very bad, Service centre always assured me sir if you again face problem i will replace this invertor and give you another..but till now when i contact to s. centre replace is another matter he is not intrested to give my service..so kindly help me...

                                I have purchased a Microtek Sine Wave UPS SEBz 850 (Serial No.
                                9HGWNB36172) on Nov. 2009 from authorized dealer Garg Enterprises,
                                Shop No. 30, Daffrin Sarai Complex, Padav, Gwalior (MP) because it is
                                a reputed company.
                                My UPS is not working properly from starting. Many times I have
                                complained to your microtek service center, Gwalior. All complained
                                are attended, some times set charging and cut off amp. etc. of
                                inverter and 3-4 times repaired card changed by service engineer. But
                                inverter is not working properly and not maintaining battery current.
                                Another UPS SEBz 850 is purchased from same dealer hardly 45
                                days before by my brother. Same problem is appeared. Both inverters
                                are in warranty period.
                                My friends are also purchased Luminous inverter before 2 and 3
                                years. They have not faced any type of problem in same locality.
                                I am much sufferer from this problem. It is bad effect for your
                                company. Therefore, I requested you kindly take action earliest and
                                changed my UPS. Otherwise I will have to go to consumer court.

                                WE PURCHASED A MICROTEK INVETER FROM GHAZIABAD but today 14.07.2011 since morning our microtek battery not giving back up up to 5 mint. so please REPLACE IT AS SOON AS POOSIBLE.

                                Microtek Inverters — Inverter not giving backup

                                Inverter, which was purchased within an year.Now that is not giving backup, although display shows ups on.Just 1month back, the microtek battery has been replaced.

                                  Dear Concern,
                                  My name is Sunny Kaushal. there is no any Service center of Microtek (UPS) inour city (hoshiarpur,punjab). as your microtek UPS is so popular in hoshiarpur area. all my freinds buy Microtek UPS and as my brother have a Computer Hardware/Installation Lab here at hoshiarpur, he also say that Microtek is the best UPS.
                                  but after 5 years my Microtek UPS is not working. My brother found that the problem is in the CARD. He troublshoot it by place a New Battery in it but as he said the problem is in the CARD. so their do not have any Service Center. Please think about that to Open A service cervice center in HOSHIARPUR,PUNJAB.

                                  MICROTEK / UPS — non responsive to complaint against working failure

                                  I purchased a UPS of microtech company from D-BAZAR (in front of SBI , panna , m.p. [protected], [protected] ) on 22/12/09, invoice serial no : 1589 with one year warranty
                                  the UPS stopped working , so i complaint about it and deposited the UPS at D-BAZAR (panna) before 2(two)MONTHS . and till today i didnt received any response , I even consulted at bhopal office , even there they replied that ur complain has been registered and the UPS will be repaired within a week and its getting a month to that even , and the last date of warranty is arriving , i also received a complain no. i.e ups[protected] from D-bazar ,as i said that my complaint is registered and still no response,

                                  Hope you will treat this as a feedback and get this issue resolve

                                  there is a correction in the complain, i.e the one year warranty is from the shop D-Bazar and the product warranty period is 2 years .

                                    While turning on the UPS it is giving constant beef sound & no out put is coming out.Complain lodged at call centre before 7 days.Complain No.1942
