        Hi Support Team, here is the ticket # MJCMH[protected] which I had open on 5th June and its been 5 days now no one has come to fix the issue.

        The inverter isn't working at all. After installing the Microtek app I was able to see the engineer name assigned to the ticket.

        Called him twice and he said that he will come but never visited now getting no response from him.

        Called in the customer care and they gave the number of the person who provides the technician.

        Called him and he said that engineer isn't answering his calls and would try to check on it. Its been 2 days now no update and no response when calling him.

        Again called in customer care and they said that they have mailed to concern teams and its been almost end of day but nothing so far.

        Very disappointed with the support been provided and loosing confidence in Microtek products.

        Microtek have a very helpless customer care center as the executives aren't aware of any escalation matrix.

        Very sad to see such a bitter side of Microtek

                My Previous complaint closed without resolution of complaint and problem still remains unresolved when i get back to again for re complaining regarding my problem they said your complaint has been closed although not by saying that you had not picked up our call however i had not received any call and made again complaint my 1st complaint has been lodged in 28th of may 2021 and 2nd complaint has been lodged on 19th of June almost 20 days later my complain remains unsolved. my inverter is not working very poor service by your company . due to many power cuts in our area we are facing many problems as your inverter is not working

                    The ups I purchased is a 4kv online ups, it shows in the display that batteries are charged but do not cut off the charging, and as a result of this the battery water dries up very fast. As this do not cut off the charging even after the battery is fully charged results more power consumption. Service is very bad,
