Previous complaint closed without resolution of complaint and problem still remains unresolved

My Previous complaint closed without resolution of complaint and problem still remains unresolved when i get back to again for re complaining regarding my problem they said your complaint has been closed although not by saying that you had not picked up our call however i had not received any call and made again complaint my 1st complaint has been lodged in 28th of may 2021 and 2nd complaint has been lodged on 19th of June almost 20 days...

Microtek Online UPS

The ups I purchased is a 4kv online ups, it shows in the display that batteries are charged but do not cut off the charging, and as a result of this the battery water dries up very fast. Basic required documents for repair of inverter within warranty period

We have raised a complaint regarding charger is not working in my inverter which is guarantee period. I have given bills to service engineer and they are asking for manual of the inverter. Is it correct required documents for availablement of guarantee. If yes, kindly suggest me all documents for warranty??? And also provide the service charge for visiting a engineer. They asking for Rs. 350/- for visit....
