Microtek International — * urgent * severe fire due to inverter blast

Hi,

Writing this notein extreme disappointment. There was fire at one
floor of our house yesterday due to
inverter blast.
This resulted in catching fire on curtains, sofa, tube light, wall,
clothes, decorative items & other household
stuff. The loss in not constrained to this, my family got burn injuries
and we are still unable to breathe properly.
This is severe damage to our property and mental/physical health of family members.
This incident is also covered by reporters
and has been addressed by police as fire brigade was called.

I called customer care and lodged complaint. Details have been provided
below for your reference. I feel extremely
frustrated dialling number provided ([protected]), no ans post multiple
attempts.
