We are facing continuous website issues every day, complaints are answered but last for 2-3 hours and the condition is same again.
every day the website is down and the session expiring issue occurs and when asked to rectify they say its done but in an hour the issue appears again.
sql database access error comes every second day. my cleints are complaining and whenever i raise a complaint they take 1-2 hours time on chat and even after that the issue remains un resolves. Was this information helpful? |
