Milkbasket — Membership fee charged without any prior information

From 16 Jan’23, I am ordering essential items from mill basket with no delivery charge.But today on 16 March’23, I out of blue was charged 149 + GST without any prior notice. When I contacted there customer care they told me they have charged me because my trial period was over and they charged me for that. This trial period is of 30 days so in my case it doesn’t make any sense, as its been already around 60 days till my first order.
Additionally nor did they asked if I wish to opt for membership or if one time delivery charge before deducting membership fee from my MB account.
Now when I asked MB to charge me one time delivery fee for my today’s order and refund my membership because I am not interested in it, they are saying its non -refundable.
This is unacceptable behaviour from a business. I request you to please look into this and help customers against these fraudulent practices done by MB
