I would like to bring to your notice 30 May 2020, there was only 1 item delivered that was Milky Mist Pouch Curd Rs 10.

Rest none of the items have been delivered. Instead of the item that was supposed to be delivered, i got 2 Kg Onion, 1 Kg Tomato and 3 Amul Butter Milk worth Rs 10 each.

I had raised a case in the APP, but the issue is closed without refund nor any contact from customer care.

Please look into the issue at the earliest and initiate the refund.

I booked an order from milkbasket yesterday's evening for 38 items including milk and curd. I kept on waiting the whole day today for my order but to my utter surprise I got a call from milkbasket at 5.50 pm tht their representative reached thr gate along with the order. I went there but noone was there and in 2 min I received a msg tht noone reached the gate hence they cancelled my order. I got refund of only half of my amount. I want to know abt wht exactly the problem and to refund my remaining amount along with the charges for my mental harassment..

I ordered some items on 22 may... Milk basket delivered damaged products. I sent the pics of damaged items & ask to refund my money. Although some items was also missing & they charged for that missing products. When i called milk basket they did not reply not even my message. From last 3 days i m asking frequently to refund my hard money through message... But they are not refunding my money

We are already paying delivery charges and without priornotification they are adding ssph charge

I had already paid my monthly delivery charges (Inr 69+ gst). It means that now they won't charge me extra delivery charges if i order something. Yesterday a packet of pav which cost 30rs; but they charged me 38.26rs. When i tried to find out why i was charged extra i found out that it's ssph charges. I asked them about ssph charges but i didn't get a response.
Due to covid-19, people are trying to step out as less as possible. They are taking our advantage as they know that to avoid going outside people would use online delivery apps. So, they are charging extra money.

I have reported issue with missing product, payment is not received.

I order from site and next day they empty your basket and put status nothing to deliver, this is cheating your customers.

First day milkbaset show material is available and when we recharge your account they remove everything from basket and make it empty.

Customer service calls and ask for pin to return money, no other customer service ask pin to return money,

Looks like they are fraud.

Hi, I had put milk on monthly basis. On 22-March-2020 they did not deliver. When I asked for refund they have not responsed as yet. I have raised a complaint on their app as well as written a mail to them but they have not responsed to both .Not sure why they are behaving like this . Seems like they have started cheating people in name of delivery

Dear sir we are live in noida extension 201301 we order milk everyday from milk basket but order not deliver and money deduct maximum time when i complain from application their agent come home and argument with my family for this maximum time and maximum customer face this prob in my socity and near by and company not provide any contact number to complain their is no customer care number how could we contact to milkbasket kindly take a action to the company they always do this and second thing me and my friend are also using other application like milky morning and bigbasket they deliver their product we are not facing any problem form other company only milkbasket team creat this problem thanx

I have placed order on milk basket app same as i order all the days from 3 month now but there was no item delivered and money is deducted, when i raised complaint they mentioned that complaint is resolved with no resolution and information given to me, i have tried many time to contact on there chat but here also they dont respond, a very bad experience

I ordered 5 items and received only 1 item. I tried contacting customer care executive but didn't get any response. I don't know what to do further. My total order cost rs133 and item i received is of just rs25. The items are common grocery items which includes
1kg tomato. Rs39
1kg english cucumber. Rs35
0.25kg capsicum. Rs17
0.25kg capsicum. Rs17
1pkt britannia multigrain bread. Rs25

Milkbasket provides defective products and their services are pathetic. We receive leaked milk packets and these packets look like bitten by rats or pierce by needles. This happened four times out of 9 orders. Now i am requesting to refund my bucks which is present in their wallet and they are not replying on mails. Please help me to gey money back.

I had placed an order for Oats, Horlicks and a recurring order for Amul Toned Milk 500 ml.

I had topped up my account for 1000 bucks.

I did not get any of these items but my money has been deducted.

They refunded only 21 bucks. Remaining amount for oats and horlicks has not been refunded.

I had already done the payment but still receiving this.

I had a chat with someone in customer support via chat. He reminded me that debit of 21 had been refunded.

I am not sure what is happening right now. What about 274 debited on Nov 12 and 21 on Nov 14?

The number in SMS, [protected], even this is not working. IVR just says that we are facing issues.

One more thing, responses to my chat conversations are replied to a day later. I don't have words left to, seriously, explain the pathetic situation.
