On 17th July, 2020 I received a communication from milkbasket that they have decided to stop the services in my area and will initiate a refund of the balance amount in Milkbasket wallet in 10 business days. However, they have not refunded that amount to me till date. I am following up continuously with Milkbasket customer support team through email but each time they respond that the refund shall be initiated within 5-7 or 10 business days. I have all the email communication with them since July until now and can present it for more details.
