Since morning the bystander of the patient is made to sit out side the labourroom . We already booked for a surgery and all package details are disscussed before, it includes with the room.
But even at this time at night room is not allowed and bistanders are made to wait outside since the situation of covid the crowded waiting area is not atall safe.
Althoug we are prebooked this behaviour of the hospital is not acceptable.
This careless approch may lead the high risk of transmit covid to bystanders.

We are even charged for the room in the package and we didn't get the room.

Very bad service.
No value of money given
No value for bystanders life.
High risk.

    Me and my friend had got vaccination slot in kannur mims on 03/07/21, when we came to the hospital we followed the quee, and was waiting for our turn, where nothing was informed to us other than to stand in the line, when our turn cameup, we were asked to follow token which wasn't given to us or informed to us, and when we raised our concern regarding this the staff in charge behaved rudely and also the PR officer, behaved rudely to us and humiliated us among the other people's, disrespecting us were we only talked to him calm and polite manner and none of the hospital concerned MOD was willing to take action or even consider talking to us regarding this issue

            We have tried alot in aster mims op booking number[protected], [protected]. But they are not attending the phone. Why those people are too much irresponsible. Plzz take necessary actions. Because you are responsible for the care of patients who are coming to you.

              You staff was not behaving properly and your kannur mims is not providing better service. I got an appointment to the doctor on 3:50till now they didn't call. I just ask the nurse why they didn't call they said doctor is late. Last time also same. L have a small dout if the doctor have some emergency patiants why you are giving the time. You can leave that time and giving to the patiants

                Complaint about no doctors available for my son's recheck of his ears .I went to the cabin no 24 at 10:40 am till now it is 2:00 pm no body attended us so far.the nurse there told us doctors are all in OT .and one doctor is taking classes. I don't know what to do whom to ask for help.i and my two small kids are waiting in this unbearable hot season .without even a good working water cooler. Sir see to it that how the old poor people will be suffering on the hands to these God made angels.

                  On 23.01.2019 at 1:30 pm i accompanied my wife with high fever. Consulted dr. Manojan t and dr. Advised to take x ray. After paying the bill for xray, we waited for one and hours in front of the x-ray room with my wife who was shivering with high fever. The patients came after us finished their x-ray. When i enquired about our turn, the guy who was there in the duty were not aware of our prescription. I was really astonished to have a casual approach towards patients from a reputed hospital.

                    Iam associated with mims kozhikode for a decade in connection with treatment of my mother, who is nearing 80.
                    Iam very satisfied with my regularly consulting drs at general medicine and cardiology.
                    Today, i had a very bitter experience with an ophthalmologist, dr. Sunita. After consultation and tests, i waited for nearly an hour to get the medicine prescription. The duty nurses also expressed their helplessness. It was ok if the dr. Was busy with patients. But the doctor was busy with personal talks in her chamber with another dr. Of same deptt. My patient, was very uncomfortable being on wheel chair for hours. I also expressed my bitter experience with customer care of mims before leaving hospital.
                    I request the people/ patience to avoid such doctors who don't care even a wheel chair patient.
                    I also express my gratitude over the care and relationship maintained by my doctors of cardiology and general medicine...

                      Hi,
                      I am hailing from a farther town in kozhikode district. I came here on behalf of my momd medicone which is available in the hospital pharmacy only. I came long way. Before only i made sure that all patiend details include medication is available in the hops card. I lost the prescriptoon and i was in need of medicine and i came to pharmacy asking for the same. Pharmacist lady sitting in ip pharmacy new block was demanding me thr prescription which i wss lost and was not considering my admit card. It happned today afternoon 12.40pm and she refused giving me medicine. She was arguing me that she cannot give me medicine without dr prescriptoon and i told her 1000 times to chek the patient regsttation number and verify the same as the doctor askmed me to get the same every 30 days.
                      Today i was really pissed and i hate to come there anymore and in my next visit and i will tell thr doctor same thing about rude behavior from the pharmacisit i expereiced today.

                      I am so annhilated and i will not recomend any of my relative to visit here as patients are not well tsken care after primarily visit.

                      Its better we go for another hospitals.

                        My father had been a patient of dr. Ashraf, neurology departement, mims calicut, for past 5 years and im happy with his consultation. 3 days ago, due to an emergency case, consulted my father to mims kottakkal, since the hospital is nearby our area.
                        1. Room rent for a day is 2500, and the quality of the room is not even upto a local lodge.
                        2. Canteen, a meal cost is rs.50 and beyond that they are imposing rs.15 as gst. But the fact, food is not even worth for rs.30.

                        Inexperienced Technicians. Had a bitter experience today as two of them were not able to trace the vein for taking blood sample of my daughter from the elbow and wrist joint of left arm, whereas the same was easily done at other labs.

                          My mother amina[protected] who was hospitalized for symptoms of hyponatremia on 9/6/2017 received poor medical treatment at mims hospital. She was treated by neurologist abdurahiman who conducted a series of medical tests including mri, eeg, csf and innumerable other tests without diagnosing anything. The young and inexperienced doctors at the emergency department handled the case in the wrong way. The patient's medical records will testify this. When i demanded non a/c room the receptionist said only a/c rooms are available under neurology. This is purely against all medical ethics.

                            Good Day,

                            This is to inform you on the insufficient nursing care provided to my Father aged 75, who is presently admitted in room 2616.
                            We are finding it difficult to get the required nursing care. Patient had his left leg finger amputed and needs assistance for his daily needs and he is very weak.
                            We have made several request to the nursing department to Provide a sponge bath as he is bed ridden from 8th May onwards and till date this was not carried out. Additional lapses noted is that the insulin dose provided was not in accordance to the blood sugar level recorded. Proper Instructions were not provided for the effervescent tablets to be mixed with water prior to administering. Need to wait for Long periods for assistance and repeated reminders required.
                            Noted keeping quiet will not resolve issue and same has been highlighted to the floor manger tonight who had assured a solution by tommorow morning.

                              Even though mims hospital has been actually well appreciated in its value and dignity they are giving to customers, but today the lady sitting as receptionist (Donno her name was wearing normal dress) oncology department very carelessly and unprofessionally dealt my query about one doctor whether he has started the op and not asked me 'how do i know him came or not too much people are down here... You are finding some reason to swear?' infront of others without any provocation. Then i told her that please don't be so prejudice against someone then she replied like 'you are always being like this difficult to manage'. This kind of attitude from someone in an hospital that has been giving high priority to the customer service and understand the true meaning of the saying 'customer is gold' is totally unacceptable and strange according to me as a son of a patient who is been undergoing treatment from the same hospital since it has started functioning and very satisfied so far.

                                We came from Riyadh to kozhikode for my wife treatment in mims on last December last. We checked already in Riyadh and found she is pregnant. But I came to mims the doctor gynecology send for scanning. It was horrible out there, been sent to scanning centre in first floor then to ground floor for 3 days. Strange thing they cannot find my wife pregnancy.we call the doctor and she was on vacation and doesn't want to attend.

                                I paid so much money for seeing doctor and for scanning and also waste almost 2 weeks. I drive around 100 kms everyday with my pregnant wife to the hospital for 2 weeks.

                                I change the hospital and within 1 day everything finished...


                                I will not recomend anybody this hospital MIMS kozhikode...
