Minetrip — Minetrip Tours And Travels Money taken but not booked hotel or Refund | |||||
We are cheated with 8000 Rs, on 23rd Sep 2016 for Goa package by fraud company Minetrip. Currently their site is changed and fake template page put on their website. We have transferred the amount online in their account and they didn't book proper hotel for us, not picking phone and every time new person responding. giving fake commitment. We asked them to book for 2 days room with AC and breakfast, dinner with good hotel. They just booked for one day only with redbus site, with non AC on cheap rate. when we call to hotel they said no any booking confirmed with your name, we followup with redbus and found booking done on their site but that booking was not confirmed with Hotel (Palacio de goa). Hotel manage said no any non AC room we are providing. After so many calls to redbus, fake agent and hotel, only one day booking with cheap rate confirmed. We wanted to refund the remaining amount. I have all mails and account number where i have transferred amount. Their bank account detail: Bank Name : ICICI Bank Ltd. with our employee he cleared you that with the certain amount which you provide to our company the services will be provided.As your complaint of cheat of Rupees 8000 to our company was Refunded to your bank account in 2016.
