Subject : complaint against excess charge of gst 18% instead of 12%
I would like to say that we stayed at nh-24, shiva restaurant (Dhaba), babugarh, district hapur, u. P., for a lunch on dated 5th august 2017 at 12:15 p. M. This "dhaba" is non-ac and as per government order the dhaba may be can charge 12% as gst. However, the dhaba cashier charged 18% instead of 12% and dhaba published also 18% gst should be deducted from all customers (Non-ac too) on their menu also. And not only single person customer who paid 18% gst 1000's of customers per day are paying 18% gst. It is totally illegal. It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action and investigate into the matter and action taken report may be send to me as early as possible. It is a case of fraud and misuse of government order.
