I called telebanking of icici in May 2019 to foreclose my personal loans but instead of giving customer service request number the person informed to deposit in the card account where EMIs are paid. I took the EMI statement and included foreclosure charges and paid outstanding principal amounts fully. Now even after 16 months n several complaints, bank is not adjusting the payment amount to foreclosure of personal loans. They are repeating that since customer service request number is not taken there is no transaction of foreclosure. I have been paying EMIs for 16 months even after foreclosure of personal loans.kindly inform icici bank to give effect to foreclosure in May 2019 and refund excess EMIs paid for 16 months with GST levies Was this information helpful? | |||||
